Hello/bonjour,

I am off to Martinique for my second attempt this year. My Jan visit was wrought with issues outside of anyone's control...and so I think Martinique deserves a second chance.

Day trips booked/planned over 2 Christmas weeks incl

  • Catamaran to st pierre
Hike around st pierre and some of the volcano
Le carbet to visit petit bonhomme beach bar
Fdf incl grand marche, library, and ?
    La savanne des esclaves
South day tour to Les Salines with many stops along the way

I doubt josephines bath is in my cards. I do hope to stop at at least one distillery but not my focus.

What am i missing re christmas events or other must dos?

As with most trips I will not rent a vehicle.

I look forward to your recommendations.

Au plaisir,

Cc

I'm surprised that you opted not to rent a vehicle, considering your planned agenda. The bus system is good in Martinique, but it is a very big island, and traffic is, for Caribbean standards, pretty well-regulated.
