We will be chartering and cruising from St.Lucia through to Grenada. (Bequia, Mustique, Union Island, St. Vincent, Petite Martinique). Any beach bars and restaurants that we should not miss? Any good hikes you could recommend? We will be cruising with people who will want to get off the boat. Thanks.

There are so many to choose from... I'll start with

Carriacou: Anse la Roche and Tim's Bar/Restaurant ashore. There's a path up the hill behind the huts that is a nice walk (you can take a detour to find some ruins and cannon) to a dirt road, which can extend the hike to go around to the northern end of the island.

Thanks for the tip. Is there any bars/restaurant on Canouan, Union Island and Mayreau?

I haven't responded because I haven't been to those 3 locations yet...
