I have never used this company before but had occasion to contact them (Bob) regarding an up-coming trip and I was very pleased with their rapid response and willingness to make things work beyond the scope of their typical rentals. This is just a reminder that they're out there since I had forgotten all about them until they were recommended to me in a private conversation. Just a few quick emails exchanged and my problems were solved <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/handshake.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/handshake.gif" alt="" /> Respectfully, pat "Always keep your words soft and sweet, just in case you have to eat them."

Last year and this year, not only does he rent us a grill, he also picks up our luggage at the airport and delivers it to our resort for a few extra $$'s and the same on the return to the airport! Makes our ride to the resort more comfortable and allows us to stop and get groceries along the way without having luggage piled on top of us! Highly recommend them!!

He is a wealth of info about the island. he went way way above and beyond for me concerning a situation that had nothing to do with him yet he fixed it. Highly recommend him.
