I guess that will be in the old Peg Leg Pub location. There was a Portuguese restaurant in the location down near the bridge. It had just opened up and they didn't even have a menu yet, so we never tried it.

Sorry, which bridge? The Simpson Bay bridge? What was in that location before?

speaking of new restaurants - has anyone tried the new Italian that was mentioned on here? I think it's called Maita's (?) and is located at the old Dean's Steakhouse location (3 Palms Plaza -Simpson Bay)

It is not open. They had a tremendous amount of work to do to get in shape. And to add more trouble, there was a falling out with the main guy who returned to Italy a few weeks ago. Hopefully it will open soon.
