We are arriving in SXM next week. I would really like to take a lesson and do some SUP. Any suggestions as to a good place to go? Thanks for any help.

At the ferry to Pinel is an operator with stand up paddle boards and you can paddle over to Pinel. Aqua Mania also has them at the Simpson Bay resort.

Looks like WindyReef, the windsurfing shop on Le Gallion also rents SUPs. Couldn't find prices on their website however. Le Gallion could be a good place to learn, given the flat calm water there.

http://www.caribbeanpaddling.com/They have a company delivery van so if you pay enough they will bring the paddle board(s) to you.
