We have a crew member that is from Cyprus and we plan to enter the USVI from the BVI enroute to Culebra (SVI) on a bareboat charter. We have told her to get a multi-entry visa for the US. One question asks address of stay. Would the address of the charter company in the BVIs be a reasonable answer? She asked the embassy in London, where she lives and they referred her to the travel.state.gov website; we don't see this addressed there. The visa fee is 110 pounds so we don't want her to be denied.
Life involves risks, take some prudent ones (NOT with the BVI ferries)!

I am not an expert, but I thought the address was the name of the yacht the crew was on.

Thanks Nutmeg,
Yes, my first thought was to use the boat name or at least the charter outfit's address but we haven't booked yet so don't know that at this point. In fact they even say not to make travel arrangements until you complete the visa process.
