CorinneD said: Boca Restaurant offers a real bargain on Saturday nights - a three course caribbean meal, for $20! Lots of choice in the appetizers and entrees, and three for desert. The creme brûlée is lovely! Service is excellent - highly recommended. You will need a reservation! Just curious as I looked at their website and saw no mention of this special you refer to. Is this something new? I will on the island in 3 weeks with a group and this might be a place we consider trying. What were the entree choices for the special? I am also curious as to the 15% TAX shown when I place an online order. To my knowledge St. Maarten has no such tax. Is this a "service charge"? OrderIs the picture of the kitchen and staff a "stock" picture or it is the actual setting and staff? Thanks.

If you can't drink it, the dishes probably should not be washed in it either? Kind of like using ice cubes from water that is not potable.
