My mom and dad want to take us all on a family vacation. There will be 9 of us total. My brother and I and our spouses, and between us there will be 3 kids. Has anyone stayed here? We want to make sure the kids have a blast. Any suggegestions on the rooms??

How old are the kids? When we stayed there (2010 I think) our kids were 6 and 9 and they had a really fun time. The water slides were perfect for that age. I think if the kids were older they might not have had as much fun. Also, at that time I believe Beaches were connected w/Sessame Street as there were characters that came around at night. My kids were never into SS so they didn't really care about them. I can't comment on the rooms, as I can't remember exactly what we stayed in. I know it wasn't fancy. I believe it may have just been a double. It was fine for our needs.

There will be two boys that are five and a girl that is three. The water slides look like a lot of fun and it looks like they have a bunch of activities for the kids. I agree about SS as the kids are not into that all. We ended up booking our trip to "Beaches" and I am sure we will have a great time. What did you think of the food there? Thanks for the reply.

I am sure that you have been there by now, but we took our grandchildren there last spring (ages 5,9 and 10). The kids loved it and by the third day, everyone of the staff knew the 5 year old's name. The staff was great and the facilities wonderful. Our kids and grandkids loved it so much that we are already booked for beaches Negril for Spring Break 2016!
