Dingy Dock, Mr, Busby's and Dirty Des immediately come to mind. Dingy Dock and Dirty Des are both in the Captain Olivers complex and Mr. Busby's is near the entrance to Oyster Bay.

Our flight from Grand Case to St Barts was cancelled once, and we hung out at Dingy Dock while waiting for our boat shuttle and had a blast. Met the owner, very friendly guy from the US and live music. He even let me use his cell phone to call our Villa manager and let them know that we were delayed. Fun atmosphere!!!!
