My wife and I just returned from a week on Virgin Gorda. We stayed at Las Brisas villa at the top of the Baths. What an outstanding location.

We flew from San Juan to Beef Island and back on Cape Air. These people are amazing. In addition to great flights with friendly pilots, we were ushered through the customs process at both ends making the experience quick and painless. When we needed to change flights we were accomodated quickly. When we left a camera on the plane we received a phone call making arrangements to have it returned to us. Our week in paradise began and ended on high notes because of this airline and its employees.
For information on Las Brisas try this url: http://www.lasbrisasbvi.com/

The pictures don't do it justice. The villa is really 3 buildings: a main house with kitchen, dining, living space, a master bedroom with a king bed, and another bedroom with two queen beds. Each bedroom has its own walkin closet and bathroom. It isn't possible to be on the property without being impressed with the scenery. It is thick with tropical plantings of all kinds so the immediate view is spectacularly colorful. One direction is the Atlantic and another is Drake channel. The place is well kept and comfortable inside and out. It's the kind of atmosphere resorts try to create but can't because they're too big. It was the ideal location for two couples.

Edited by Administrator on 4/13/01 04:32 PM.
