I recall seeing a post on BVI Community Facebook page about a ferry from Hannah Bay Tortola to Pirates Bight. You could call 284-494-0093

Mardi Gras - I know about that tender... but did not think to call and ask if there was a boat from them to the Willy
If so - could be workable, at least during daylight Thx
