We are looking for advice on seeking accomodations in SXM for Jan. thru March. One bedroom with great view, prefer Simpson bay.Like to stay under 3000.00 per month.

You might try the sponsors listed here or VRBO.com translated vacation rentals by owner. I saw something listed at under 3 this a month but I it was Grand Case. Maybe they have something in Simpson? I know someone who used them to rent an apartment on SXM on Pt Blanche and they said process was easy, place impeccable.

Wish you luck.

Agree w/poster but also try homeaway.com. They just might have some long term rentals.
Good luck....it's a wonderful problem to have. ;-)
