Last night we went to Byblos Restaurant which is next door to Jimbo's in Simpson Bay Yacht Club . We were a party of 5 and all raved about the food we ate. I believe it was the best meal we have had this winter season on SXM. The owner Jacob is the chef. He came out to our table and suggested we leave the choices to him. We did and we couldn't have done a better job in picking what to order. The staff is Super and very warm. If you like Middle Eastern cuisine, please go to Byblos when on Island.
