If you are asking about the St. John, the island in the USVI's, you should know there are no All Inclusives on that island. Cancel Bay Resort, does offer an optional "Meal Plan" which would be the closest you'd come to staying at and "All Inclusive" resort.

If you are asking about ST. John's, the capital city on the island of Antigua you'll find quite a few All Inclusives, not necessarily in the town proper buy all around the island.

So, please clarify which island you plan on visiting and what your budget range is for your accommodations.
