This is the former Blue Cap Villa located in Pelican Key.It is spacious, nicely furnished with teak furniture and close to all amenities in the Simpson Bay area.Very reasonably priced and close to the beach, but doesn't offer a lot of privacy if that is a concern.

We will be staying at Pelican Beach Villa, the first week of November, 2015, but we seem to be having trouble communicating with Georges Kreiss, to the point that it seems like a scam. The photos of this place are beautiful, but is Georges for real. Also, did you deal with an Olga, once you got there?

Georges Kreiss is real and is a doctor on the French side. What type of trouble are you having dealing with him. His English is not perfect, but he is completely capable of communicating with his clients. Olga may be the new manager there. We were met and given the keys by another manager a few years ago.We did meet Georges during our stay and had no problems at all.

We did not swim there,but we saw others in the area swimming there every day.There were some places along that beach free of rocks, but I think like all the beaches, it changes from time to time.
