I THINK we've been to the right place. It's hard to be sure. Do you walk down "dangerously-looking" steps made out of rocks to the beach? The mall is behind you? We've stopped and taken pics from on top, but have been afraid to walk down. Would like to try again on our trip next month.

You're in the right place.
Check out Don and Linda's page. They have a map posted.

It has helped us a lot. BTW, thanks Don and Linda for all the great information over the years. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Clapping.gif" alt="" />

Thank you SeaStar....

To the OP...don't try to walk down the stairs to baby or middle beach right now....keep going west toward Shore Pointe (light blue tops) to Dany's

Thanks so much.

Now....What is Shore Pointe? Is it marked? Light blue tops? So you're telling me there is another entrance? Is it through a hotel/resort? Now I'm excited to find this. We've always been afraid to come down those darn steps thinking that was the only entrance. Is Dany there mostly every day?

Shore Point are the villas with blue roofs to the far left of this image.

How bad are the stairs now? We are going to be there in 2 weeks.

I did not get a picture of the first set of stairs, but it is so washed out that we would never try to go down them.

This set of stairs at the rock is better, but there is not much sand at the bottom.

How do I get to these stairs? Then I'm assuming I go to the left for the beach? Is there beach access from any of the hotels/resorts? Where is there parking? Sorry for all the questions, it's just that on our 5-6 trips we have never been able to find our way down to the beach. We just got frustrated and have given up. On this trip I am bound and determined to get to this beach. TY

Well, the beach road is only about 1/4 mile long. First advice is to enter just after the Ocean Club...drive until you reach the end at Dany's. He can give you quick directions. There are two sets of stairs along the cliff road. Explore...that is the joy of the island.
