Charter and commercial boats are not eligible to use it. You still need the customs decal for the vessel for the SVI's. Jay

Once we get our USCG documentation we can register for SVRS. Then we can call in or use the web-based system to check in to C&I for USVI and SVI. Cheers, RickG
