About 5% of the educated professionals have left the island for jobs http://www.nytimes.com/2015/07/04/us/despair-and-anger-as-puerto-ricans-cope-with-debt-crisis.html Yet, there are tons of expensive sport fishing boats invading every summer. Has there been a decrease in the nbr of Puerto Rican yachts coming during the summer? Just curious

Agree, they bring a lot of business in the summer. Just curious if their numbers are lower than previous years

They all seem to be there for good clean fun and I've never seen any trouble. Wish I could say that about all BVI visitors!

Just as Fleet Week in NYC is described with the US Navy invading that city. And sailors welcome with wide open arms. Nothing negative at all. I've seen the PR Navy rafting and dancing with multiple generations, lots of fun.
