6am watching and listening to the waves roll in to the Flamingo beach and feeling wonderful. We could NOT leave the beach yesterday. Surprise! We swam, drank, shopped at the beach boutique, drank, experimented with the gopro, drank and tanned. We did end up at the Pan Revolution at the Princess casino. I wish I'd they were serving local food because getting there early and eating at Sushitto was a mistake. Everything was really good but I got. Overly ambitious and blended too many unfamiliar flavored. Lychee but martini and I had to have wasabi mashed potatoes. The lobster roll was really good and the crushing tuna carpaccio fulfilled my need for islandy fare. The Saporro was unnecessary Taken separately the food was wonderful but really, together it was a gastronomic volcano. Pan revolution 8 was cool. About an hour was enough for me. The youngsters were cute and everyone dedicated. Dr Fire was killing it and having the time of his life. Really a terrific day.
