All things considered, we enjoyed our time aboard Lucy 2. Our group consisted of a monohull sailor and his wife, their daughter and girl friend in their early 20s, another couple and, my wife and I long time power boaters.
Please keep in mind that I believe that this is the first model the manufacturer has built for charter.
If I were considering chartering Lucy2, I would appreciate knowing;
a) It holds 140 gallons of fresh water and that the heads use fresh water.
b) Bow cleats are not conveniently located to secure mooring bridle and the bow pulpit (for a non-existent spinnaker) gets in the way of installing the mooring bridle.
c) To install the anchor snubber you probably need to use the dingy and go under the trampoline.
d) Stern cleat not convenient to secure dingy while loading/unloading. No hand rails on stern steps.
Positives;
GREAT refrigeration/freezers, mattresses and, sound system including XM radio.

George... It is a new manufacturer, Aeroyacht, Alpha 42. I only know about them because the first boat built was abandoned on the way to the BVI. Story here... http://www.wavetrain.net/news-a-views/558-helicopter-evacuation-abandoning-be-good-too

I'm curious about the size of the beds in the main stateroom. They seemed short (I'm 1,85 meter or 6ft 2").
What was it like in the real world?
