I called the number given, for their US Office, but no answer. I will keep trying, but just wondering if anyone else has experienced this? ..."there's this one particular harbor"....

There is no reason to call Club O directly when Jim Ruos can handle all the details quickly, directly, and with perfect accuracy! As Carol says there is absolutely no cost to you for Jim's wonderful service...Club O pays him directly. We have not been back to SXM for a few years now but when we do we WILL use Jim for our reservations! In addition, Jim has a direct business relationship with Club Orient and WILL get you the best deal available. Bill
