If you come out of Orient, headed toward Grand Case, you pass through the roundabout that goes to Cul de Sac. Hope Estate is just after that roundabout, going toward Grand Case.

I think there's a super market on left if you're following Carol's directions but I can't remember name of it. The turn in is just before this store, I believe.
There are other stores up in that area and some behind this super market.

Yes that is correct. The supermarket is Simply. Once you are in Hope Estate take the road that takes you behind Simply. If you are facing Simply it is the road on the left. Bacchus is either one or two roads behind Simply, a right turn and then Bacchus will be on your left. We did not go there on our last trip so my apologies to the original poster if it has moved locations.
