The award is going from, well nothing, to a drink at the Perch. I will stash $10 in a hat that I will give to Willey to hang at the bar and send a photo of the hat to the winner. I will explain the deal to her but if it were me I probably would not remember, however, if you have the picture of the hat I imagine she will go along. Unfortunately, I will not be there until January 25 so you will have to pick up your prize after that. If you have a partner you will have to use your reward at happy hour unless the Euro continues to slide!! This is, of course, assuming that something is open before I leave!!
