Four of us returned on Saturday (7/7/01)[Linked Image] from 8 days in Tortola. We stayed at Blue Water Villa and HIGHLY recommend it for up to six persons. It is a three bedroom 3.5 bath private home on the hillside overlooking Long Bay Resort. We had a great pool and outdoor deck area both covered and full sun. The pool deck furniture was the best that we have ever had at any of the houses that we have rented in Tortola. The house is managed by the Long Bay Resort. We had a wonderful housekeeper, Rosie, who was delightful and friendly. Water and ice was delivered to the house or available for us when we stopped at the front desk. <br><br>This is a great PARTY house - we had rum punch parties by the pool on two different days with people that we met in the islands. <br><br>Again, I highly recommend this house - truly a million dollar view. It just takes money of which we are short of now that we just got back and this is the first day back at work. We'll make some more money so that we can travel back to Tortola again. It's our favorite BVI.<br><br>Bomba's full moon party was great on July 5 [Linked Image]. We saw Bomba every day and were supposed to go back to see him on Friday night after dinner - 7/6/01 - our last night in Tortola. We got there at 9:30 pm and he had already closed up. We typically travel to Tortola in November so I was a little surprised to see the lack of business at this time of the year. If any of you know Bomba personally, please tell him that Sandi Beach stopped by but he was already gone. Also, tell him to save the punch for me until the next trip.
