Ok Carol I said I`d get it done so here it goes.First off two weeks goes just as fast as one week in paradise.This was our tenth trip,and the best trip.After a 5yr time away only a few things changed much.Flights ok wont`t bore anyone with that .Airline is an airline.We got there on time.Week one at Club O was great.Met a lot of great people,and had a real hard time getting away to see anything else on the Island.Security is great ,and everyone very friendly through the whole resort.Food at the Papagayo was good,and there was something going on there just about every night.Met Carol and Eric one day on the beach.Saw the flag and teased Carol that it ment they were mean people and to stay away.Found out we would be neighbors in a few days at Green Cay.Went to the party at Bananas,met alot of TTOL folks,and stayed longer than planned.Learned that Chrome Dome actually has hair.We did alot of midnight swimming to the docks after partying at Papaguyos.Probably not the smartest thing to do ,but lots of fun.<br>Forgot some stuff .but on to week <br>2. Moved to Green Cay unit 20.Really nice.An outstanding view of surrounding islands,but a tv with CNN.Tv is ok,but I didn`t need to start watching the market so I jumped into the fantastic pool instead.Wife agreed.We are here to relax.So did the couple we were sharing the villa with.<br>Shopped in Marigot.Ate lobster from a sidewalk stand.One of the best places was the Sunset Grille at Grand Case Beach Club.Another favorite Ille Neptuno.Sunset had a huge barracuda that would come in close to the beach at night to feed .Very entertaining after a few local rum drinks.<br>Had a goodbye drink with Carol and Eric.Thanks for rum and stuff again.<br>Did Ric`s a few times.Fresh ground beef,and hand made burgers.Those were the best.Liked SSBB too.Did the Air France on your head thing too.What a rush.<br>Cupecoy still my favorite beach from past trips,but it was still all rocks.We still went a couple of times.<br>Oh yes.Almost forgot.Miller Lite was only 9.99 a case .Still drank alot of Carib too!<br>Rouge Beach.Nice as always,but windy.<br>Lost a few bucks in The Princess Casino,but the wife got a hell of a nice t-shirt for my efforts. <br>I even did not let the traffic get to me this time.Just stay out of Marigot at certain times.I`m just writing as things pop in my head.It`s all starting to come back as to how good a trip it was.I`ll add to things later.<br>Green Cay was great,but we liked being right on the beach.<br>Walking right down to the Papaguyo for happy hour was a daily ritual.<br><br><P ID="edit"><FONT SIZE=-1><EM>Edited by Administrator on 7/16/01 03:55 PM.</EM></FONT></P>
