Is this a legitimate site? I was going to bid on the Prickly Pear cruise.

I am guessing it is Auctionsxm but I am not positive.

I had trouble getting the website to respond. The site appears to be affiliated with the St. Maarten Hospitality & Trade Association.

Personally, I would book through the activity desk at your resort/hotel or directly with the place doing the particular activity.

It is difficult to answer rather vague questions.

Yes, have personally won several auctions They send you a certificate via email if you are the successful bidder. I had no problem redeeming once I was on island. The key is to research and know the actual value of what your are bidding on and bid accordingly.

I agree with Walt - have also won and had no problem redeeming. You pay the St. Maarten Hospitality and Trade Association and then they'll email the certificate once received.
