Aloha all,
First week is done, beginning our second week and we have been lucky to have great weather. We have visited some of our favorites such as Lal's, Dreams, Taco Macho, The Palms, Karakter, Dany's at Cupecoy, BBB, Byblos and SMYC and all have been fantastic. We have also tried some new places like Captain Frenchy's in Grand Case for a beach day, it was also excellent. We tried Bavaria for the first time as well, which after all these years I can not believe we did not try it earlier. Besides the good beer the food was very good as well, a place I am sure we will go back to again and again. El Zafiro was also another place that we had a very nice day. They were still on a limited menu but the food was very good and it was very nice to have room on the beach between chairs. This place will get better and better, I am sure it will also get busier and busier because they do a good job and the word will spread.

Lots more to do and try this trip, looking forward to relaxing and enjoying the island. I will also state that it has been great seeing our friends and others that are on the travel sites that will see us and stop by to say hello. There sure are a lot of great people that live or visit here, miss some that could not make it this year as well.

Cheers,
Todd

Nice little report. Glad you are enjoying yourselves. Soak up that sun as you are missing some really cold weather up here.

Thanks for the nice report Todd. Even though we are here with you, we do enjoy reading all the reports. Sharing is Caring! <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Wink.gif" alt="" />

Thanks for the update Todd! Keep that great weather for my arrival next week! I love hearing about the restaurants from everyone on this site, unfortunately we can never get to them all!
