want to spend a week there. Nothing expensive. Is less than $200 a night possible for a clean place to stay with a bed, bathroom/shower and on the beach?

Probably not possible on the beach in high season. This is a short block from the beach and they have a little pool. Great owners. http://www.thepineappleinn.net/
