After few years hiatus ( we usually go through multiple Caribbean islands every few years), will be back in St.Martin in the summer time.
We are on our initial stage of planning the date. We usually like to dine at the various fine dinning establishment in Grand Case in the evening. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/dine.gif" alt="" />
I was wondering what are the time frame that some of the establishment close for summer/fall holidays, so I can plan our vacation accordingly. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Joy.gif" alt="" />
