We love dining at Ocean 82! It is always a lovely dining experience there overlooking the water. I totally agree that harmony Night is not the best night to enjoy that dining experience. On harmony night we prefer to dine overlooking the street at Le Cottage or another good restaurant not on the water side. It is fun to watch the parade from the balcony at Le Cottage. We have done that many times.

Moontide, when the street is closed, you can park in one of the lots or on the roadside leading to the airport. You always have to go early(before 6 P.M.) on harmony Night to find a parking spot before the festivities commence.
