Any suggestions on where to purchase kayak paddles and scuba tanks on St Thomas or St John....?

Red Hook Dive Shop will have tanks, not sure about paddles.

For paddles you might try John Philips at West Indies Windsurfing... 340-775-6530 or 340-998-4658.

We rent windsurfers and kayaks from him. He's a great guy, and very diligent!
