Any suggestions on where to purchase kayak paddles and scuba tanks on St Thomas or St John....?
Safe and enjoyable boating.

For paddles you might try John Philips at West Indies Windsurfing... 340-775-6530 or 340-998-4658. We rent windsurfers and kayaks from him. He's a great guy, and very diligent! There's a Dive Shop at Balongo bay resort. Once bought a weight belt there. See: http://stthomasdivingclub.com/
