The SXM French Pizza thread got me thinking about this...
I haven't made it in a couple of years, but it's really good for dessert or with breakfast...

Just a recipe I made up a few years ago, feel free to change at will...

Really easy to make, and really GOOD!
You can make it as sweet as you want by adjusting the honey & cimmamon sugar to taste...
I personally like a lot of honey on the inside, and it makes it really "gooey"...
I haven't tried it, but some cardamon would probably be good in this also...

[color:"blue"]Pizza Dough Baklava[/color]

1 frozen or fresh pre-made pizza dough
Honey
Chopped Pecans (and/or walnuts)
Cinnamon Sugar
Fresh Ground Nutmeg


Oven 350F
Let Pizza Dough come to room temperature, and then punch down...
Roll out into a 6-8" x 18-24" long flat...
drizzle liberally with honey
top with chopped pecans (or walnuts)
sprinkle liberally with cinnamon sugar
fold lengthwise 1/2 from one side, 1/2 from left seal with a little water
drizzle in Z's with honey, dust top again with cinnamon sugar and then fresh nutmeg
Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350F for about 45 minutes... or until golden brown on top...
Let cool and cut in 1 1/2" slices
