We use Yapta, but only after booking. Limited on what airlines to use. It has been quite a while since getting a refund due to a price drop, especially with airlines setting minimums.

Use to use Yalta and it was great until JB instituted a fare change charge now not worth it.

Kayak has price alerts...never personally used them though Kayak Alerts
