We plan to spend two nights at a B&B in Charleston or immediate area. Anyone have any recommendations? It would be nice to be within walking distance of restaurants, etc. but not a necessity.

The boss and I spent a new years eve at Andrew Pinkney Inn a couple of years ago. Very nice accommodations. You can google b&b charleston and get many ideas. Close to everything.

We haven't stayed in any B&B's in Charleston but I've heard terrific things about the Elliot House Inn. The location would be hard to beat & it's right next door to Husk, which is known as the best restaurant in town (which is no small feat in Charleston.)
If I can't be a good example, I'll just have to be a horrible warning.
