Wow. Where do I start? Let's go with places to eat:
In Hamilton, try the Hog Penny Pub for lunch and, upstairs from that, Barracuda for dinner. Also in Hamilton, the Lobster Pot for dinner. On Pitt's Bay Road in Hamilton, for lunch, a cute little place called Bouchee. Out of town, lunch at Mickey's on Elbow Beach. Dinner at the Lido - the fine dining area - also on Elbow Beach. Further out along the South Shore, there is the Swizzle Inn - the new one. The original is out near the airport. All of these places I have been to and can attest to great food and good service. Not cheap, all of them, but then not much in Bermuda is cheap.
Things to see: Horseshoe Bay, Gibb's Hill Lighthouse, the Dockyards, the old town of St. George. Good shopping in Hamilton, a boat cruise out through the harbour (or just take the ferry to the Dockyards), the Botanical gardens, the Aquarium. I personally like to tour churches and there are quite a few, including the Cathedral in Hamilton.
If I can offer any other advice/info, let me know. Bermuda is my favorite place to vacation.
