Guessing the cruise ships get the same notice. Looked at the Port web cam around noon, no one in the water, now some, maybe 6 or so. Normally more in the water

I remember my first time in St. Maarten in 1999. We were staying in Great Bay and loader showed up and dug out the beach and released the contents from the salt pond into the swimming area of the hotel.
