Very disgusting not to mention the breeding ground as you said for mosquitos. Unbelievable that they would let the water get like this. We didn't go over to see Marty there this trip. Instead visited him at his gyros restaurant. Had never been there.

Marty's restaurant offers so much more than gyros; I think he's actually removed the word gyros from the name. We really enjoyed the meals we had there the past couple of trips.
But...I've hijacked the thread and didn't mean to.
It's a shame that the new owners of Caravanserai have allowed the place to get to this condition, and I really don't understand why they would do this. It's almost as though they want to fail.

Our former room was on the ground floor facing the pool. Each morning I would take the paper and a coffee and sit outside with a can of raid. In spite of the hotel's active attempts to control mosquitoes, I was still able to kill a couple dozen each day. Since they quit cleaning the pool, they probably no longer spray the grounds and keep the built in spray system alongside the pool active. They are beating Marty in spite of the courts.
