Coming home on a Thursday in July. Our flight leaves San Juan at 330 .

Cape Air lists a 10 am and a noon or so flight. I'd rather book the later than feel like the old Buffet lyrics in San Juan airport (have spent waaaay too much time there <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/jester.gif" alt="" />) Anyway has anyone had trouble with not getting on that noon scheduled flight or them not taking your bags. Our stateside cape air service is often canceling flights, but we allow for it by going evening before so there is an alternative for a next morning departure.
Anyone been using this cape air flight and had any problems?

Last year they cancelled a flight on me and had me go over by ferry to tortola to catch another flight - PITA - they did pay for the ferry but not for the aggravation.

On our last Cape Air flight from Virgin Gorda, all checked bags we taken off the plane and left behind, ours included. Thankfully it was on the way home so not a big deal. It all depends on the total weight of the passengers and luggage...

Yes, we had problems with two delays and missed connecting flights. The hassle was very frustrating. I recommend taking the earlier flight.
