We will soon be arriving for our first trip to Anguilla for a 9 day stay. We are trying to decide how much cash to bring with us. The biggest question is ... Do most of the beach bars accept credit cards ?

Yes, most accept credit cards if you spend at least $20.00.
You will need cash for gas, and departure fees.
