We are so lucky to have known Marigot back in those days, too, before they tore down so many of the old island buildings with their lovely lattice and grill works, and extended the village into the bay.

Re the power outages back then, I guess some things just never change! Just ask the people living there today.

One of the very fortunate things the Towers developers did during construction was to put in place their own generator for emergency situations but, OMGoodness, when OUR generator goes down, too!?
