OK, I misunderstood then, probably, about the new owners being Diamond. But at least at Flamingo, they apparently have some control over who has restaurants there, unlike Royal Palm.

I had heard the new owners would be changing the name, as it would no longer be associated with Topper. I would think even Topper wouldn't want his name associated with a restaurant that he no longer was affiliated with.
