I almost always start with Norman/Bight/Willy T. It's a quick, easy *shakedown* sail from Nanny, with a very well protected bay. The ease of that first sail and ease/comfort of that anchorage gives you crew (prob some lubbers) a chance to adjust to life on the boat without being pushed too hard. I also find that, given the appropriate type of people, the Willy T can get your crew in the right mindset for the rest of the trip <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Yikes.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/toast.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Banana.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Devil.gif" alt="" />
