Very interesting! Being on an island where Caribbean cruises tend to send their passengers who need hospitalization, I would have thought it was much more, also. I see they included the folks who died at the Ft Lauderdale airport, too.
One personal observation is that people seem to be traveling older and sicker. DO NOT go on a cruise without buying medical evacuation insurance!
