As others said, just go with Sharon for the phone. As far as internet at Royal Palm, it's good for checking email, but usually slow. But if you are in fact on the second floor immediately above the lobby, you should actually have pretty good service there, as the lobby has really good internet connection there. Many people sit in the lobby to access the internet.
