Are you referring to the Verizon $10 daily plan?
If so, do you know about how the charges work if you cross between the french and dutch side in a given day?

OR
Verizon regards the island as 2 different countries, Thus charging 10x2 if you cross from one side to the other. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Yikes.gif" alt="" />
