We are staying at Belair and can confirm that nothing has happened yet. Folks here know nothing more than us. The original start date of 1/1/17 was likely announced to see how much resistance the project would have (IMO). March sounds likely. Would not like to own one of the villas on the hill behind this resort since their view will go away.
