Can they go much higher? A one bedroom at Flamingo is presently about 40% more than the Towers, over 50% more than Divi, and 80% more than Royal Islander, Atrium or La Vista.
I get that you like your unit, and that you find value there and that is A OK but I certainly would not steer somebody to purchase at Flamingo or any place that is run by the same management company.
