I like to make bleu cheese (or Gorgonzola) stuffed burgers... take 1/3# burger, shape into two thin patties... place bleu cheese on one and top with the other... seal edges well and grill to your liking... Top with a slice of raw red onion... melted bleu cheese in the middle! YUMMMMM! <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Grin.gif" alt="" />
NOTE: serve with lots of napkins for the runoff!
Another suggestion, for Thanksgiving leftovers... Put some bleu cheese in the leftover gravy and re-heat til all the cheese is melted and stirred in... add crumbled turkey meat... serve over toast or english muffins with cranberry sauce on the side... <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Thumbsup.gif" alt="" />
