my college roommate once made me dinner, intentionally not telling me it was a weight watcher's recipe until after the fact. my take on it, delicious, although that was some time ago and my palate has changed some so i can't promise this is still something i'd enjoy but at the time i loved it... it was pork chops cooked with apple juice and onions. if i remember correctly she sauteed the onions, seared the chops, then poured in apple juice and simmered the chops until cooked. i'd be interested to see if this recipe is any good, or if i enjoyed it so much in comparison to the cafetaria food.
